1. Network Architect, Tampa Bay, Full time, 90-100k

Responsibilities

* Perform lead architect role in the backbone, data centers and transport layer of the network
* Develop and maintain architecture diagrams along with Network Engineering Team and documentation with Visio and methods of procedures (MOPs)
* Project Manage network build out according to company sales forecasts and growth strategy
* Manage trunking forecasts for local interconnection, IXC and E911 trunks and deliver implementation plans to Network Engineering
* Make recommendations to Senior Management Team on network optimization and technology purchases required to support business plan
* Assist with implementing test plans for VoIP lab and assist with technical training for NOC, Network Engineering, Applications Engineering, Customer Service and Field Engineering on overall architecture
* Maintain current knowledge of alternate access methods and technologies in order to remain competitive in an ever changing regulatory environment
* Develop creative solutions for access as Telovations continues to acquire customers in markets outside of the serving CLEC areas
* Act as overall subject matter expert on the entire network architecture – transport, core, managed services, Softswitch and Feature Servers
* Manage security policies across entire network
* Escalation point for NOC and perform emergency response as required

Qualifications

* A minimum of 5 years in a Service Provider or Large Enterprise networking environment.
* Experiences in implementing and troubleshooting large scale IP networks.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Confident, goal oriented attitude
* Good computer skills in desktop applications
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* Cisco CCIE

2. Sales Engineer, VoIP, Tampa Bay area, Full time - 80-100k

Responsibilities
• Perform network provisioning and maintenance on the backbone, data centers and transport layer of the Corporate Network
• Provision DS3s and DS1s by working directly with 3rd party providers
• Maintain and network lab and assist with technical training for NOC, Applications Engineering, Customer Service and Field Engineering on overall architecture
• Manage documentation and Visio diagrams of the entire network
• Assist with unique customer implementation projects as required
• Manage security policies across entire network
• Escalation point for NOC and perform emergency response as required

Qualifications
• Experience with Cisco (Routers and Switches)
• BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS experience a must
• VoIP experience a plus
• Cisco ASA Firewall a plus
• Experiences in implementing and troubleshooting large scale IP networks.
• A minimum of 5 years in a Service Provider or Large Enterprise networking environment.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• One or more of the following Cisco Certifications required:

o Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP)
o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
o CCIE Routing & Switching
o CCIE Service Provider
o CCIE Security

3. SMS Technical Analyst, Full Time, Pinellas, 65-75k

Qualifications:
Education: required - HS or GED; preferred - Tech IS related; preferred - AS IS related;

Experience: required - five years server experience; five years desk top experience;

Specific Skills: required - customer service skills; written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills; ability to delegate; ability to work independently; ability to work with a team; critical thinking; organizational skills; computer skill appropriate to position.

Preferred Skills: MS SMS experience; active directory experience; MSCE Certification; experience in a large computing environment (10K + System)
Description:
The IS Technical Analyst will research, evaluate, recommend, and define standards for software and hardware technologies. Partner with the IS Project, Server Systems and Field Services teams throughout project lifecycle to ensure architectural compliance related to design and development of best practices along with approved technology standards. Develop new and utilize existing third party tools for software and hardware deployment, inventory, and management. Perform interoperability testing for new and existing hardware and software technologies. Actively participate in project analysis, design and development phases to define appropriate options for system integration through distributed tools & technologies. Develop and deploy desktop security standards. Develop and document test lab and testing scenarios defining conditions, outcomes and risk assessments. Provide recommendations and documentation to appropriate IS Governance Committees. Perform other duties as assigned.
