Human Resources positions - Market recap, general comments & position descriptions below

The HR market is always an interesting one to me. I seldom hear of the searches but I know they happen. It seems most of these are secured through word of mouth or networking at a SHRM event or similar. Over the past 48 months, I've been involved on a dozen searches, a Director, a couple of HR managers, a recruiter and several admin positions. Over the past 4 years, the highest base for a HR Director I've worked on was 150k plus bonus and it required extensive North American travel. Most of the manager-level searches I've worked on have been in the 75-100k plus bonus range.

 

1. HR Recruiter - Contract, 3 months, Tampa, 30-40/hour - Position filled
